Term and Conditions
The core aim at Signs360 is to meet customers’ needs and exceed their expectations, which is why Signs360 believes in communication.
Each of our customers has products and services that require special attention, so to be versatile and to meet a variety of requests, we prioritise ongoing contact with you.
We want you to be thrilled with the signs and signage that we create for you, and to enjoy the process of collaborating with us.
Your satisfaction is our greatest reward.
So please make contact and let’s discuss the best way forward for you.
As a starting point or guide, however, please note that the following terms and conditions apply:
1. We require a 50% deposit before we begin the manufacturing process, at the start of which you will recieve a clear outline of what the job involves. Where agreed and discussed a colour proof will be provided.
2. Adjustments are made in the proof stage with final concepts. You can view and approve changes to the design via email, and final design considerations are completed before the sign is fabricated.
3. Signs360 can place concepts of your sign design into a photo of the site, so that you can see how the sign will work within the surrounding environment, even before it is installed.
4. The balance of your payment is due on delivery or installation.
5. All deliveries are made in good faith, but are not guaranteed.
6. No order may be cancelled after acceptance, except on terms that will compensate Signs360 for work completed at our regular hourly rates.
7. Because each order produced is a custom job, no order may be returned for credit under any circumstances.
8. Delivery schedules, turnaround times and other similar terms used by Signs360 and our employees reflect the average completion times of similar orders – but we will always do our best to meet and exceed your expectations and deadlines.
9. Please note that sign fabrication may require hand detailing and other labour-intensive or time-consuming tasks. Intricate logos, heavily detailed images, design time and other factors may therefore influence final costs.
